Initial Application Stage 

Once we receive your application, we will request the following supporting documents. To avoid delays, we recommend that you begin preparing these documents now and email them to us as soon as possible: 

• All relevant Diplomas, Degrees, and Certificates 

• Matric Certificate 

• Transcript of Training – If you already have this, please include it. If not, apply for it urgently. This document outlines the modules you completed and the hours spent on each. It is a mandatory requirement for overseas employment. 

• Valid Licence to Practise – In your home country and any additional international licences (e.g. SANC, HPCSA, Saudi Commission, etc.) 

• Certificates of Service – Submit proof of employment from previous employers (as many as are available) 

• Reference Letters – Professional references from past supervisors or employers (submit as many as possible) 

• Passport – A valid passport is essential. If you don’t currently have one, please apply without delay 

• Passport Photograph – A clear, recent, colour scan of your passport-sized photo
